Welcome

Engaging in psychotherapy is a healthy, courageous act, and I have a great deal of respect for people taking steps toward healing, understanding, and growth. Your visiting this site is one of those steps, and as you read on, I encourage you to reflect on how therapy may help alleviate suffering and promote wellness in your life.

I am a licensed psychologist providing culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, insight-oriented, relational psychodynamic therapy for young adults. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with the impacts of early trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, perfectionism and self-criticism, low self-esteem, and more.

I provide a warm, open, and accepting environment, knowing that your sense of safety and connection are paramount in order to challenge yourself to try new ways of being. I deeply value and am sensitive to diverse identities, and am interested in how your racial/ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, religious, dis/ability, class, and other identities contribute to your sense of self and others.

Please explore this site to learn more about whether my practice may be a good fit for you.
